Throughout her career, Genna has been instrumental in brand development and growth while generating massive consumer awareness for many beloved and evergreen kids’ licensed brands including: Cabbage Patch Kids, Teddy Ruxpin, Care Bears, Power Rangers, Pokémon and World Wrestling Entertainment to name a few. Her collaborations with licensors and relationships with retailers have netted countless very successful retail launches. Genna has continuously demonstrated a deep commitment to social responsibility. Early in her career while at JAKKS Pacific, she formalized JAKKS Cares™ to maximize partnerships and position JAKKS as a leader in Corporate Social Responsibility. She directed well over $60 million worth of toys to children around the world, securing much media attention and awards for the Company. Rosenberg just finished seven years of Board Member service for both the Toy Industry Foundation and Camp Ronald McDonald. Additionally, her dedication to empowering toy, licensing and entertainment industry leaders is evident with her ongoing work and service with Women in Toys, Licensing and Entertainment (WIT).
