Katy has 25 years of experience building brands and developing successful retail programs. Her extensive brand and marketing experience includes work for Helzberg Diamonds, Build-A-Bear Workshop and Hallmark. Katy is no stranger to the power of strong brands and the importance of consumer insights to effectively impact shopping behavior. At Hallmark, Katy has been working to expand their global brand licensing business. She provides strategic leadership to build their portfolio of licensed categories and is responsible for brand management, product development and marketing for Hallmark’s fine jewelry programs including collections at JCPenney, Kohl’s, Amazon and Fred Meyer Jewelers. Prior to joining Hallmark, Katy was a principal at Willoughby Design, a nationally recognized brand design firm, where she leveraged her background and expertise to help retail clients address a variety of brand and communications challenges. Since 2016, Katy has served as a member of the board at Jewelers for Children, where she works closely with industry professionals to help children in need.
